STOP!!! LISTING THIS BUILDING!!! ON EVERY WEBSITE!!! WITHOUT THE SENIOR LIVING/55+ TAG!!! Do you know how awful it feels looking for an apartment in Seattle across THREE WEBSITES and finding a place with lots of open units/an amazing price only for it to be the same stupid building that only specifies it's for seniors deep in the description?? The people managing this place are monsters.
*****UPDATE 4/2026***** After 5 years living here I finally moved out. Let me update you from my last review on here. they put in the new floors after months of concrete only because of the pipe burst 4 floors above me that led to flooding. After that the roaches started showing up throughout the whole complex but luckily none in my apartment (yet). So last year my mother’s bedroom floor kept getting wet right where the breaker box is. I made an appointment to see an apartment at Courtland Place for 11am to see an apartment, the manager and her assistant was standing in the lobby around 10:55am looking at me and she didn't even open the door to ask me anything. She didn't ask me if I was here to see her or if I needed assistance or nothing. Management refused to open the door, period. If you're looking to rent an apartment here, keep going. DO NOT RENT an apartment at COURTLAND PLACE AT RAINIER, you'll be sorry! They were totally disrespectful and nasty. W... read more
