I called Matt yesterday looking to see if he could help me with a mortgage. After giving him the information I had from my current lender, he advised that what I had was a very competitive rate and he would not be able to do too much better at that time. He then spent about 25 more minutes educating me on how to negotiate better with my bank to get a better rate and some further tips that would not benefit him in anyway.
