The reviews here are correct. This process server business is a joke. Their real service turn around time is 5 business days but advertise 72 hours. Took me 4 phone calls and 3 emails to get an answer on service. The process server they outsourced to attempted service 3 times and they only reported it to me 2 days after the multiple attempts. Unfortunately, I am compelled to add to the chorus of negative reviews. I am an out of State attorney with no experience with process servers in Florida. Took a shot with Courtesy. Three weeks later, and after allegedly making five attempts, service had not been made. Followed up multiple times with Jerry and always got "I'll check with the server and he will call you back". I have tried to use this company for years to execute service. My initial few experiences were fine. Apparently this company has either gotten extremely busy or has lost control of its systems. I have ordered numerous process with this company, they continue to have no record or memory of who they are suppose to serve, the persons answering the phones are rude and disrespectful without any professionalism. If you have a business to run and need your cases to move I advise to pick alternative process servers.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I never got proof any papers were served so their service did me no good. 30 days later, no papers, and I had to dispute the charges with my bank. The papers were served, but no one was able to send me the proof and then they quit answering my calls and emails. Would not recommend their service to anyone. 24 hour process servers delivered papers and proof on the same day.. 100% recommend them.
