this place is a joke they tell you one thing then they do not it and the people there a rude we need gabby these new people that took over this office need to learn to talk to ppl and i will be getting ahold of the main person
They took advantage of my Autistic Son. They stated " you can't tell he's intellectually disabled by looking at him." I would never recommend Courtesy Loans to anyone especially this location. The staff was rude, demeaning, unprofessional, unempathetic towards individuals with disabilities and morally and ethically incompetent.
Unfortunately this is only due to a misunderstanding and lack of communication on the manager. I dont remember her name however she was overly helpful at first until something happened that I didn't understand so i ask questions . She became very aggressive. I belive with some counseling and a few classes in customer service she could be a great manager one day.
Fantastic place if you need cash they are very helpful and there is a good chance you will get some much needed cash. Do not waste your time going elsewhere just go to Courtesy Loans.
