Reached out as we were in need of a challenging service and we were communicated with immediately that this was a specialty of theirs. I felt confident- let the 48 hours pass with no communication whatsoever. Reached out to the office who pretended to be confused and said they would call me immediately back but we never heard from them again!!!!
