DO NOT RENEW. Have had a loan with this company for years never had a problem until now. They called repeatedly in November to renew with the selling point that no payment would be due until January 2026. Looking at my bank statements payments came out both months. I've called and have not been able to speak with anyone. EDIT so I now have spoke with 2 people. The first one was very helpful and fixed it so I would not have a payment until 2/26 but she also informed me that they didn't take a payment from me in November so I ... read more
