Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She asked a few questions to start the session and immediately knew exactly how to fix everything. This is my 2nd time seeing her but even from the 1st session, I could feel major improvements. Easily the best rmt I've ever gone to.
Came in for an RMT session with Lauren. She was wonderful. I'd been struggling with some neck and shoulder tightness as well as a left knee issue from some recent long distance runs. Lauren was quickly able to assess and feel out my tension areas. She was able diagnose the root causes and target areas that were connected to my problem zones but places I never would've known were the source of the tightness. I left feeling SO MUCH better.
