The staff at the desk are rude and unhelpful. It’s honestly shocking how miserable some of them seem while interacting with customers. A simple smile or basic courtesy would go a long way. I dealt with the lady with tattoos.

The receptionist/clerk area can be meh, but you have to be straight to the point and clear of what you want. They help as best their knowledge, even though they personally haven't been that helpful in my experience.
