Wonderful staff. Absolutely B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L office. I would definitely recommend this agency. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were taken care of. That's hard to find now-a-days. It made our stay enjoyable.

extremely unprofessional, rude, disorganized, obnoxious. to schedule a deposition i was asked to submit some paperwork, i sent it all in immediately (within minutes) apparently a form was misplaced or didn't see one form, they never notified me they didn't have it after i sent papers in, instead the morning of deposition i receive an email, they canceled my room and reporter. When confronted they blamed me the customer, said that i should have known one form was missing, (apparently they want customers who are mind readers)s... read more
