CRC is great! They are organized and take care of their customers. Also appreciate CRC's kind, prompt, and personalized responses to billing questions. Another court reporting firm would send us late notices on 5-day old invoices or sometimes we hadn't even received the invoice, or they would have received a payment and still send us a past due reminder. CRC has been a godsend. I'm a new court reporter and they have helped me in every way I getting jobs and with process of completing the transcript. They have made it easy to transfer and acclimate into this world of court reporting.
