Been calling for over a week! No response! Doesn’t anyone still work here or do we just not answer phones anymore? This is an extremely unprofessional organization. The public is bound, but the city is free to slack off on your dime public! The is a disservice to the community. What a waste of the peoples tax dollars!

This office is very unresponsive. I called several times just trying to get some information. I left messages, and my call was not returned. A few times they would pickup and just hangup. I simply needed some information that was time sensitive and they wouldn't answer the phone.
