This company... "Tonya" and the other lady... Are the most disrespectful and rude people to deal with. Not only did they double charge me for one week, I had to ask them to not charge me the following week and they still charged me. I live 4 hours away and they made my time on the scram ankle monitor system very difficult for no reason. I never thought id find myself in the position to need these services but here I am.this process is new to me and I've only been coming a short while.i haven't had to much interaction with Amanda but what I have had been pleasant.tonya has went above and beyond very respectful kind and treats Me like a human which is rare after my experience at the Santa Rosa county jail.

If it weren’t for Tonya and Amanda, my client would be sitting in jail an extra 3 or 4 days. We had a court order that my client couldn’t be released from jail until he had a GPS leg monitor on. This was around noon on a Friday. I contacted the State Probation Office in Escambia County and after a brief conversation with an incredibly rude lady, quickly determined that there was no hope of me even TALKING to someone about a GPS hookup until next week, let alone getting my client’s GPS monitor equipped. Their staff is incredibly kind, thorough, and helpful. They will work with you as long as you are respectful as well. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are treated like a human being. Excellent people here!
