Horrible Horrible Horrible!! If I could for negative stars I would, Tried telling me I gave them the wrong address when literally on the contract form I had to put my address, which in the email from them shows my CORRECT address!! How can you say I gave you the wrong address when the email you sent me to show I set up a payment arrangement literally has my CURRENT an CORRECT ADDRESS!! Wish I could give 0 stars. Employees are unprofessional, uneducated, and the company itself is completely unorganized. Don’t expect them to take your account seriously, regardless of the fact that they’re handling your hard earned money and personal information. Terrible at communicating and record keeping. Horrible to work with

I’ve had to pay a bill with them over time. It’s been over two years I’ve had to pay my bill down each month with monthly payments. Everyone I’ve spoken with at CPMS has been friendly and understanding. They’ve been easy to work with.
