Like everyone else says... Very poor customer service. Getting information from this lady over the phone was like pulling teeth.
Awful service. They don’t answer the phone, and don’t open the door at 1:30 when it opens after their 1.5 hour lunch. Appalled that this is a government office in the manner they conduct themselves as public servants. Service is 0 out of 100.
As most have mentioned in their reviews. The women behind the counter are extremely rude, flippant and unhelpful. Just weird attitude to have when dealing with people who are going through it.
