This morning I had my first "real"(?) PT appointment, last week was more of an intake. My therapist doesn't keep me waiting. I appreciate that she listens to me...as in when we're doing exercises that I tell her where I'm feeling the pull/strain and what I feel exerting me. Today was a two week follow up, she requested that we set up another two week follow up. I was fortunate enough to receive therapy following my cervical spine surgery in January of 2023 at Courage Kenny. I have had 7 joint replacements since 2016, with therapy following each one. No past therapy has been as thorough or careful as I have received from Courage Kenny.
