Good god just don’t. Their 3rd party fraud department is actually so bad and it’s borderline impossible to get anything done when it comes to fraud. Got an alert for a fraudulent transaction then I blocked my card on the 24th to prevent this fraud from going through and after pending they let the transaction go through on the 28th. Typically people don’t try to spam buy plane tickets on air Serbia day after day after day.
Worst bank in the state. Shady employees and hidden fees. Take your money and business elsewhere. I regret using them. They tell you afterwards that they are collecting fees just to use their service till you get a short amount from the teller. And they refuse to give receipts
They spring mysterious fees on you if you try to cash a check and they don’t tell you about the fees until they have your check
