If you are just banking this is fine but their lending department is terrible. We own a business and have looked at loans through them for a new building the rate was terrible and when we told the loan officer we were going a different route (2 percentage points lower with lower down payment too) he got angry and was very disrespectful, on top of that he signed me up for Scientology emails with his name, so unprofessional. I woke up one day missing $7,000 from my personal account. I have been trying to get my funds back for over a month. The fraud dept told me they gave me the funds back but someone from member services took the $7,000 out of the account, not fraud. So someone from the bank has my $7,000?

This County Bank has excellent customer service. Three employees took the time to go above and beyond their duties to solve my problem with a hold on a check from another bank.
