Normally pretty easy to work with, fast and friendly. Today one of their phone operators we're rude, Demeaning and argued with me over a simple question.

Lost my tax payment check. Claimed they never got it even though I delivered it in person. Refused to title my vehicle until I paid the taxes again with interest and penalties. I suspect this is retaliation due to me criticizing them in the past, which, if proven, is a first amendment violation

Jamie at the treasure’s office is so nice and professional to help me with reissuing a plate that was lost by USPS. And I don’t have to wait for delivery by USPS this time as they let me to come pick it up at their office.
