I called in and spoke to Lorraine and she was absolutely wonderful. I had a big ask that I tought it would not be possible and she went above and beyond and did it with kindness and grace. She followed up with me the next day and make it happen. Great employee at the Treasurers office!!
I had a PHENOMENAL experience with the Adams County Treasurers office. I had moved and not received the previous property tax bill (note that this was owner error) and didn't know where to go. I called and left a message. A person named Lorraine called back within a few hours. She looked up my account and walked me through steps to pay online immediately to get in good standing. THEY NEVER,I MEAN NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Edit:They seem to have gotten better
