Bought a brand new Quadra fire pellet stove. Ran about 8 bags of pellets and it wouldn’t feed anymore after starting up. So it would fire up and run a fire for about 2-3 minutes than would shut down. I called him and he said someone would call me, nobody called. I have voicemail so no message or anything. I called them back he said stove wasn’t working because it was operator error. These crooks tried to sell my wife an igniter for our pellet boiler for $1700 dollars. It's literally a small, maybe 10 inch long metal tube with two wires on the end. It's a $50 dollar part. These people are absolute crooks without a conscious.
