I love this branch . I’ve been a customer now for sometime . I hope they stay at this location for years to come . It’s convenient from where I live . The staff are awesome . I got tired of the big banks Like chase and Bank of America . Who have horrible customer service .
Good customer service in person (Oxnard branch) when making payments. HOWEVER! Extremely difficult to speak to anyone over the phone regarding a current loan . They instantly try to transfer calls. Once transferred nobody picks up. have left multiple messages after being transferred multiple times and still no follow up. I expressed my frustration on not being able to get any updates after all my attempts to the last agent and still didn't show any empathy to try and help me even after asking for a member of management.
