Honestly I've had physical therapy at just about every place in town since the assault, and this is the worst by far. If I was looking for a personal trainer...well actually I'd still look elsewhere, because competent trainers actually watch and monitor if you're doing the exercises properly. The people here are basically just gym rats that think very highly of themselves...gave me the exact same exercises I was already doing from former PT experiences, and before starting new exercises didn't bother to ask if there were any... read more
