I was over charged from WinCo in toke my 7.00 the staff lady was scared 😰 taping my card 3 rd time first I was approved third time she was shaking yelling at me
Long wait most people didn't even get seen and waited for hours and some of us returned home which for some is 2 hours away on the bus that's ridiculous they need to fix that. I live in the North area and they should have GA workers elsewhere other than just at florin road thats crazy
When you went there in person to talk to a caseworker since you can’t able to reach out to them thru phone because it will always tells you that it’s full but then they will still want you to call that number. I just don’t understand, are you aware that this number for customer service is impossible to get thru everyday it will say the same thing. When it’s say for immediate help over the phone but you need to keep on dialing every single day and end up frustrated.
