I would've given this a no star rating. Because during the pandemic of COVID-19 I was in there office to apply for EBT. But what caught my eye was when a officer put his hand on his weapon when I was trying to hand the employees my California ID. I would like to file a complaint for misconduct and apparent justification!
Customer service is no good, when they have a lot of people they go fast and when they have less people they tend to take longer. They need to have more people working and work a little faster...
Other than the long wait time on the phone which I understand they were extremely helpful in explaining what I needed to complete my recertification for EBT. I understand the long hold times they are overwhelmed with calls and not enough staff to handle it. As frustrating as it can be please be patient with these employees who are stretched thin doing there best to help us.
It was way better than downtown's human assistance building on 28yh an R. I was I'm an out of there to pick up my new EBT card
