Other than the long wait time on the phone which I understand they were extremely helpful in explaining what I needed to complete my recertification for EBT. I understand the long hold times they are overwhelmed with calls and not enough staff to handle it. As frustrating as it can be please be patient with these employees who are stretched thin doing there best to help us.
It was way better than downtown's human assistance building on 28yh an R. I was I'm an out of there to pick up my new EBT card
Unreliable and unprofessional. Consistently long wait times. Once checked in, you'll probably have to wait a couple hours before getting actually serviced. Your number will appear on screen to go to station A or B, and you'll probably be skipped over. Staff was not very helpful either
The line says it all. Everyone is tired and just wants to be able to eat.
