I am writing this comment to share my experience at the Sacramento County Department of Human Assistance . The office appears to be significantly understaffed. I waited approximately six hours, and my issue was still not resolved. Due to the high number of people being served, staff members seem overwhelmed, which slows down the process. The medical is crazy. It has been five years and we don’t have a medical. It’s some kind of spam number. They just take your information but their workers are given this number. This is crazy. They need to be investigated as soon as possible.
