The new building is nice. Lots of available parking. The ladies inside are very nice.
Just got a title transferred the lady in the front was a older woman she was so sweet and helped me through out the whole process as a 18 year old I had no idea what to do and she helped me every step of the way thank you !
Came on a Friday after 1pm and the line was abt 12 ppl long but moved very quickly. The clerk was L.HASK, a very helpful young lady. Explained what forms I needed, provided the forms, pen and clipboard. Told me to fill them out while she took another person and once I was done, she pulled me right back to finish my transaction. I’d come here any given day versus the ones in Harris County.
