Owing a local small business had it's challenges from the beginning, but when we became members of County National Bank and started using them for both personal and business. WOW what a game changer. We love their line of credit option that has helped grow our business tremendously!
I've done my banking with County National Bank for 8 years now and have always been happy with their services. I use the downtown Jackson branch the most and the staff there are always friendly and very helpful. Their focus on being involved in the community and being locally owned and managed is a big plus. Also, I like being able to call a branch and actually talk to a person, rather than getting put through to a call center. Tim Pryor was awesome. He was the loan officer for my mortgage and picked up the phone when I called. Walked me through everything. Very transparent. Other mortgage places I experienced was the total opposite actually a nightmare. He was the best and he went above and beyond.
