I put my boat in to get the impeller and thermostat changed that nothing was wrong with so i can keep everything up to date and they changed the impeller and they told me the thermostat didn't get changed due to corrosion on the bolts. I got it back and ran in a few times an noticed water coming out of the thermostat housing and noticed both bolts loose then come to find out those bolts were broke an looked as if a dab of adhesive was put on them and put back in. My husband called and made an appointment to drop our boat off. Went all the way there and then they decide to tell him there’s no mechanics working on the weekends. Hummm that would’ve been nice to know before he drove almost an hour there. Plus y’all block my husband so I took it upon myself to leave a review.
Their lawn equipment mechanic Bob is a great mechanic with alot of expertise in lawn equipment repair. He also takes the time to give advice on equipment maintenance in his friendly/crotchety way.... he's great! Everyone I have delt with in sales is also extremely friendly and helpful. Great business!
Friendly people and knowledgeable people. I'm getting work done on my boat motor and will see if the price is fair. I do recommend them.
