This department (water) needs more training on how to read their system. I called more than three times about my current bill EACH TIME I was given a different answer as to why they’d turned off my water. 3 different ways answer 3 different charges. They’re not knowledgeable at all of billing details on accounts the bills come so late your behind when finally delivered via mail. Highly Disappointed Wouldn’t Recommend services with them if I had a choice I’d go elsewhere.
