I HAVE GAD ABOUT ENOUGH OF PEOPLE WHO ARE INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS SOOOOO BAD, AND GETTING ON THE C.E.BUSES/P.E.BUSES AND INFEST THE BUSES ALL UP! WHICH CAUSES THE DRIVERS/EMPLOYEES END UP BRINGING THEM TO THEIR HOMES, WHICH CAUSES EVERYONE CONNECTED TO THEIR HOMES TO BECOME INFESTED AS WELL!! I AM SO ANGRY!! I HAVE N E V E R! HAD BEDBUGS! County express director Charles is amazing and really works hard to quickly resolve issues. Prairie express has operated for 20 years and I use it almost every weekday and have since it began. The cost to ride is one of the most affordable in the country. Karen King on the other hand is the rudest most uninformed adult I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I just love the bus system here I just wish it ran on Sundays and later like 10pm. However they will pretty much drop u off wherever your going as long as it's on the route. You can call and they will pick you up at places they don't have stops. Most the drivers are really nice especially Kenny I just love him thanks Kenny for making my rides smooth and as fast as possible.

Needed a ride on Tuesday; called Friday morning left a message for a return call. Never happened! Called Monday left a message again. Didn't get a call back AGAIN! Figured I'd wait awhile and call again. Person that answered the phone was so rude! Told me I'm not to schedule over the answering machine. I said I didn't I asked for a return call. She then proceeded to say maybe I called AFTER hours. No I did not!
