Best bike shop Nick and all staff is awesome highly recommended
My partner and I were on an anniversary ride from Toronto to Niagara when his rear tire came off. County cycle was recommended by the fella that we called at Canadian tire and we headed there straight away. We found exactly what we were looking for and stayed for a lovely chat. If you’re ever in the area and looking for really knowledgeable folks, please let them save and brighten your day!
If your bicycle is expensive, please be cautious when choosing to go to this store. They will charge you a labor fee after damaging your bike. This is something I have never encountered before. I have a BMC Time Machine R01 bicycle. Before coming here, I confirmed whether they could repair it. Their answer was yes. And after arriving at the store, I described the problem again. 10/5. Life savers! Got a flat on my way to Niagara and they were able to see me right away. Super clean and professional store. The two mechanics who helped me were very knowledgable and went above and beyond making sure my bike was good to go (even filled my water bottles!). The store has a great selection and the service prices are very fair. Thank you so much, made a crummy situation wonderful.
Owner so kind. These guys are amazing and so customer centric - I wish all bike shops were like this place!
