Terrible customer service. Highly dismissive and surprisingly unhelpful considering their claim of being a "small business operating in a big-box retail environment". We purchased a bicycle from County Cycle, but after bringing home, it became clear that the frame size and geometry was too large for me. We contacted the shop hoping they would exchange it for a better size or at least offer some store credit, but they refused to do either. Been going to them basically since they opened. I've bought a bike, bike parts/accessories, socks, helmets, bottles, pretty much everything over the years, even had them service my bike a few times as well and they deliver every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm glad to have such a nice shop in town.

I came in needing a whole new rear wheel build, they were knowledgeable and helpful in getting all the parts I needed - even pulling the cassette I needed off of a bike so I didn’t go home without one. Thank you so so much for your help making my bike whole again!
