Had my business bank account with them and it was ok for my basic needs. Location was good and central between work and home,
I would not put ANY star if the system would allow me to do that! This "Bank", along with Rich Share, the sarcastic SOB, that would make a sarcastic comments in person to me, as a recent widow, and his poodle, the loan officer Nicole, who promises to call, promises to inform me about my HUGE mortgage payoff, but NEVER EVER DID THAT; left me to freak out for weeks, whether they would actually keep their word to release me from their loan, as I paid it off, and noone ever called or emailed to confirm me that; were by far the m... read more
Worst customer service ever!! Sat at drive through for 15 minutes, one vehicle ahead of me.....had to back out of drive through and go inside, 7 people working...only 1 teller window open...waited about 2 minutes then said "There are 7 people working in here but only 1 is helping a customer, is anyone able to take a cash deposit??" --- All of the sudden a woman comes out from her glass office and goes to the VP (Bobbie)...now Bobbie says to the teller at the drive through that she should have had the customer come inside...I... read more
Don't trust this tiny bank. They'll promise to approve any loan and after getting all your personal information including several years of detailed tax returns then deny you at the end.
Been banking with the same bank manager there for about 20 years. Does not get any better. The girls are great. They really care.
