I had a disappointing experience with Angela due to her extremely rude demeanor. While I understand that everyone has bad days, customer-facing roles require a certain level of politeness and professionalism. Unfortunately, Angela fell short of that standard. I've encountered many professionals in similar positions who excel at providing excellent service, even in challenging situations. Apparently the state sends out tags with religious slogans and if you want a different one you have to pay extra. Clear discrimination against anyone who isn't christian. People were nice here though

I called to get clarification and assistance on a title transfer issue (got new plates a few weeks ago.) Phone was answered immediately. Long story short, the person who answered the lacked the skillset to help me find a solution and placed me on hold. The call was immediately disconnected so I called back.
