great staff and very organized
I usually loathe going to any assessor's office. It's usually an unpleasant experience. However, after having visited this office twice in the past 6 months, my opinion has changed. This office is very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly! I got in and out with what I needed rather quickly on both visits.

Jodi in the assessors' office has been a god send. As an active duty member whos stationed on the east coast I was having a problem with St Louis county renewing my tags. Jodi went above and beyond to help me. She even agreed to a three-way call with St. Louis county to resolve my issue. I can't thank her enough for being a true professional. Whoever her boss is Jodi needs a raise. THANK YOU JODI thank you so much.
