Lori and her staff are kind and very helpful. It's never too busy, unless you're going in December or January. Even then, it goes pretty quickly.

I was trying to get a deed in my name and I forgot to send one first class letters. The collector told me about it bit says she's going to give the deed anyway. I said thank you. Then she started going off on me about you people never pay attention to what you need to do. Always forget to pay something. Ive been sued so many times over this stuff. Isaid I'm not you people. I said im sorry that happens to you. I can send the letter if it's important. She says no the paperwork is done already. And then she continued to berate ... read more
