For whatever reason boone county requires $1.04 or 2 stamps in postage to mail 3 pieces of paper whereas every other county in Iowa only requires 1 stamp

Dealing with this office is like pulling teeth. They openly violate Iowa's open records law and nickel and dime you for everything.
