I like it in the beginning but soon realized the poor communication with leadership with my children’s concerns. My child wasn’t happy there anymore. So disappointing because for once I almost had confidence in a daycare. Seems like they’re enrolling too many kids in my opinion.
My baby has been in infant room A since march and I absolutely love it there! The teachers loves on those babies like they are theirs and that warms my heart! The building is clean and all staff seems to love what they do!
I was interested in after care for my daughter back in May while my newborn was in NICU, but ended up not utilizing the service. Regardless of NEVER finishing the sign up process and enrolling my child, I was billed. I had spoken with this location twice regarding the bill, as I received several calls and emails from Kindercare corporate about an unpaid balance.
