Possibly the worst Estate Management company I have had to deal with. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t call you back as suggested on the answerphone. As advised by other reviewer’s they take the money but, consistently fail to deliver any real service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Very Very bad customer service they just take money on time but when it come to fix any issues they ignore
Very poor customer support . We've been having problems in our property for months now, with next to none attention from Countrywide.
Very slow to get anything done and often tries to pass the buck for any issues brought to them, phones constantly not working. A real waste of money.
