The pricing displayed during checkout did not match the amount ultimately charged. I was also surprised to learn that a previously stored payment card was used for part of the charges. Although customer service responded to my inquiry, the experience left me disappointed. I hope the company improves its pricing transparency and payment practices. I will not be using their services again.
