I bought a SportDog collar from Countrystore Direct which I later had to return as I had unfortunately bought the wrong one for my dog. The whole process was easy and the customer services were fantastic, both over email and over the phone.
Brilliant service when my energiser failed... Replacement sent the next day
Fantastic customer service!
We bought a poultry electric net kit from Countrystore Direct in March and because we didn’t need it straight away we didn’t open it. When we eventually did (in June) we had an unpleasant surprise - the energiser was missing. Without much hope I contacted the shop. Jenny went out of her way to help me and in just two days the problem was sorted. I would heartily recommend this shop and I will always buy from them in the future.
I wanted to thank the team at Countrystore Direct. There was a problem with my order in that a couple of the electric fence posts were damaged. However, after contacting them they replaced these items quickly and at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
