Unfortunately, I am writing a negative review after three years of using Countryside Tax Service. The first two years were great. This last year, we moved away from Michigan and made the mistake of letting them do our taxes again even though we lived out of state for half of 2015. Everything was submitted and filed. We paid our Hawaii taxes. We knew something was wrong with the Hawaii taxes, CTS said they were having a professional look into it. They never got back to us. Tax season is way over.
