Under no circumstances do I recommend doing business with this company. They are unprofessional in how they do business and you, the customer, do not matter. I purchased a product that I needed ASAP, so I paid $10.00 for 2-day Priority Delivery. I ordered on Friday, July 31 which means I should have had the package on Monday or Tuesday at the latest with 2-day Priority Shipping. Csp were there when I needed them most. I had ordered from different company, never told me at check out the item was backorder. I lost around 7 fish in my pond,waiting on them. Thank goodness for Csp coming through for me. The rest of my pond with my fish are doing great. Theyre a great company. If I ever need anything again, Csp will be my first choice. Thankyou so much.
