My grandmother loved their rehad ,great service ,nice people
I think this is a great place for your loved ones. Every single time I walk into the doors- a smiling face is waiting. Mostly everyone speaks when you come through the doors. The residents are active- whether they are watching tv or partaking in activities. It doesn’t smell like a typical nursing home. The staff is great, truly. The nursing staff is amazing and so helpful. Keep doing great things countryside!
As a returning resident, it was nice to see so many staff still here after I was here a year ago. Everyone has worked hard to make me comfortable. Everything is very clean and fresh. I can see positive changes. Staff all working together to give me the best experience.
My grandmother was having stomach pain and they didn't send her to the hospital until my sister told them if they didn't call now, she'd come take her. She came back to the nursing home a couple days later. Shortly after was in severe pain again, and sent back. Even though my sister had to tell them again. I have had a loved one complete 2 Rehab stays over the last few months. We were so impressed with Countryside Meadows and all their staff both stays. From the CNA’s to the therapists….everyone was so pleasant and helpful and professional. The community itself was very clean.
