The people are wonderful
Very kind and warm atmosphere.
My sister passed away in their care on 3/9/2026. No one can tell us why or no one will talk to us as to what happened. Our sister has a mental disability and she was in their rehab center for a broken femur and then all of a sudden we got a call that she was unresponsive and they couldn’t get her back or back to us. I wish we could give them less than 1 star but that’s all we can give. Our whole family are lost for words and cannot make sense of what happened when she was in their rehab center for a broken leg. The facility is clean, warm, & welcoming. The staff are friendly, caring, & knowledgeable of patient conditions. Nursing administration is joyfully involved in patient care, easy to communicate with, and truly strive to ensure a positive environment for those entrusted to their care.
Moving to a skilled nursing facility was very hard for me to think about. I was moving into a new chapter of my life and didn't know what to expect. But from day 1, the CNA's, Nurses, Therapist, Support Staff and Administration have been so helpful and supportive here at Countryside Meadows. Downsizing so dramatically from my 3 bedroom home to sharing a room was hard! I mean, I just want everything there, but that wasn't possible.
