Installation 4 years ago was ok- the new unit we purchased had a bad motor, they replaced it quickly. However, Receiving pellets that we preordered the last two years has been awful, we pre-pay for pellets and are given a "pick-up" month, pellets have never been available to pick up in our designated month, it's been at least 2 months late and numerous excuses both this season and last. Not risking this same headache again next year that's for sure.
Steve is the BEST! He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and is always there to answer questions or help out. Countryside Hearth and Stove offers all kinds of heating units. Need a fireplace insert? He's got them. Pellet stove? He has them too! You won't be sorry if you go and see Steve for all your heating needs!
