Super owner, very helpful and informative.
Dropped by unexpectedly to try to buy a replacement tire and rim for our Aventon Adventure after an unfortunate bike rack failure. While he didn’t have the replacement we needed, he kindly took the time to introduce us to a different bike rack and show us the features. Unfortunately, he didn’t have one available in stock, but what a great customer service experience! Highly recommend!
Stopped in for info regarding e bikes. Coy was very patient and spent a good deal of time with us. My wife and I are seniors new to e bikes. We both tested the bikes and left with great info from Coy. Went back with son and daughter in law and ended up purchasing 4 bikes . Small one person shop selling good quality bikes and very personable. Recommended !
