I’ve only banked with big corps like US Bank & Bank is America until I moved to Chicago ...and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on such a great banking experience all these years. Best customer service, my banker knows my name and face after one meeting, tellers are so sweet, love their snacks and drinks especially because I’m all hot and sweaty from jogging or biking around the neighborhood, but most importantly, they have great programs. Their No-ATM fee is what first reeled me in, no regrets since.

This is the best bank in Chicago! All of the employees are professional, intelligent and extremely hard working. I would recommend it to anyone in the area!
Having recently moved to Chicago, I came to this bank to set up an account. I was referred to this bank by a client at work. I went in on a Saturday and all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. With their help I had no problem understand the benefits of opening an account with them, and would highly recommend them for anyone new to the city.
