Our parents are residing at Country Villa – Omro, and the care they have received from day one has been exceptional. Every caregiver is compassionate, patient, attentive and genuinely kind. They check in on our parents often, bring fresh ice water and a daily snack, and make sure every need is met. Without wonderful, caring staff, the Villa simply wouldn’t be what it is. My dog Rio and I have been visiting this facility every other week for a year. The facility is always clean and the residents seem to be well cared for. It is one of our favorite places to visit.

I've recently worked there and got covid with the out break. They gave me a hard time because I went to the dr and office refused to test but with the symptoms told me I had to be off for my 5 days. Had a Dr's note with it stating this. Still got reprimanded for following what hr told me to do. Then I have to see a specialist due to asthma and covid so I figured that it wasn't a great fit for me right now so I terminated my position. They set my wage down to 7.25 as a cna because I quit.
