My grandparents have lived at this facility, and I have been working at this facility for quite some time, they’re wonderful with the continuum of care, and are very focused on making sure not only the resident needs are met, but that they are satisfied. I love the management team (especially Shanta) as they are super professional and very easy going and understand, they also are very good with resolving any situation thrown their way! Just love how anytime I have been visiting with residents I am able to see a great friendly environment, staff always appears to be welcoming and assisting as needed.
Country Villa is amazing! The staff are warm, compassionate, and truly treat residents like family. The building is always clean and welcoming, and they keep loved ones informed every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the excellent care my family member receives here!
