The moment I walked in, it's smelled clean! The staff was all over assisting the residents and they looked as comfortable as they could be! I felt like they try to make it feel like home, that makes a difference. Spoke to the director with no appointment, and he still gave me the time and tour with a great personality.

Went to see my father yesterday I was very disappointed, he is a room with someone else that person has more room than my father who is in a cobbie hole in that room , I said why isn't t his t.v. not working, oh we will get it fix Monday, we'll he s been there for to weeks what the hell my father also was suppose to have a something saying he is a veteran but said oh we are working on it , lies if it doesn't t change by the e d of this week I'm calling who ever I have to to go thereto see the neglect my father is going thru

Most of these reviews are from staff memebers trying to get their ratings up. I know because I was the activities director for 3 yrs and the administration would ask everyone to to leave good reviews so we could get more patients.. I left due to having to hire my Administration daughter who was lazy as heck, the social services girl is a joke! She acts so childish and will talk to family's that way as well. Her mom is the ADON.
