Best Butcher Shop Around
Was so ecstatic at first when I purchased a side of beef, not having done so before! Soon I realized that I wasn’t given all of what I should have received,, they kept some of the best cuts. I was shorted approximately 20-30lbs of which I didn’t receive a prime rib cut and loin cuts, not sure if/what else is missing!
