New to the area, stationed at JBLM - in need of a reputable Stetson hat shaping. Found County Square w/good ratings, they don't shape unless you bought from their location...what kind of service or logic is this?? I would have been happy to pay for this service!! Very Disappointed!!! Does not even justify a (1) star rating!!
This store has the biggest selection in the entire state of Washington, I was blown away by all the inventory of cowboy boots and cowboy hats.
