We used Countryside Kennels and our dog, Natalie, was injured while in her care. Instead of seeking veterinary care, she contacted us in Hawaii expecting us to take her to our vet clinic. We requested pictures of the injury so that we could at least get an idea of the severity. No pictures were ever sent and obviously we weren’t able to take Natalie to the veterinarian and didn’t have anyone who could.
